About the Role
Our game development studio is seeking an experienced HR Representative to support our team with all aspects of human resources. As the HR Representative, you will be responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, training, and other HR-related functions to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries from employees and managers
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations
Develop and implement training programs to ensure employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively
Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Manage employee benefits programs and act as a liaison between employees and benefit providers
Stay up-to-date with HR best practices and industry trends to inform HR policies and procedures
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the gaming industry
Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact and discretion
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR-related software
